1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at moshandjolly1@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if necessary.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of high value.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items, such as underwear or swimwear. Please check the product description for specific details before making a purchase.
